1999: Baker's Exchange was born, bringing the retail and commercial baking industry its first ad-only black and white trade magazine.

2010: Relaunched the publication in a full color print format, and an online resource guide for the entire baking industry.

2011: Began To the Point, our monthly e-newsletter.

2012: Joined forces with Carmi Flavor & Fragrance Co., and went exclusively online with our publication. To the Point circulates to presidents, owners and purchasing managers at commercial and retail bakeries mainly in North America.
